Create new collections
Collection administrators can create, modify and manage multiple image archives.
Upload high resolution images
Collection administrators can upload hi resolution images through a JAVA FTP client.
Populate the database
XLphoto® engine can automatically populate the database with the IPTC/EXIF and/or XMP metadata of the uploaded images for a compleatelly authomatic workflow.
Metadata editing
Collection administrators can edit image metadata singularly or in groups. It's also possible to define metadata template to be applied to selected images.
Users and Groups
XLphoto® provides advanced users management capabilities allowing to create/modify, users and groups.
Pricing strategies
Collection administrators can modify in real time the licensing pricing structure for all variables, including individual clients profile.

Collection administrators can configure the system to watermark images at delivery time through XLphoto® Dynamic Distribution Engine, applying different watermarking strategies (unique ID, Photo ID, transaction ID etc.).
IPR protection and enforcing
Collection administrators can activate the XLspider® module to search watermarked images over the Internet to enforce IPR.
Metadata embedding
Collection administrators can configure the system to embed Metadata extracted from the database in the IPTC of the delivered images in a personalized way and at delivery time.
CMS Capabilities
XLphoto® integrates CMS (Content Management System) capabilities. The administrator of the system can access and modify all the static content of the application: help pages, FAQ, delivery notes templates, license templates, invoices templates, e-mails.
